The present technologies have made communication and life easier. Cell phones are getting to be so popular that it simply doesn?t make sense to not have one. With phones, it is now easy to communicate from almost everywhere in the world. Because of this development, a number of problems were also made; the issue of cellular phone theft has turned into a serious problem. A way of coping with the problem is making use of a cellular phone monitor.
Phone monitoring has made it possible for those who lose their own phones through stealing to recover them. Because of this kind of tracking it is easy to figure out the actual whereabouts of a cellular phone. As mentioned, the cell phone tracking software may be needed on account of theft; a few other reasons include misplacement of a cell phone and also when law enforcement officials are trying to nab a lawbreaker.
In order to find the location of the phone, it doesn?t need to be in a call. Nevertheless it will only be possible if the cell phone is switched on. The phone may be tracked down through a procedure known as triangulation. This calls for determining the position by utilizing 2 other established antennas. These two towers will usually transmit phone signals.
This article tackles the advantages of a mobile phone tracker. If you want to know how to use it, please visit: cellphonetrackerx.net

I have to be honest: Bokx109 has been everything to me except a restaurant. I?ve sat at the bar for cocktails a few times. I?ve partied in a cabana for a bachelorette party. Most recently, I sipped, tasted and mingled at the Urban Grape two-year anniversary party. But dinner? Nope. There was one bar incident involving onion rings that left me a little lack luster about their food.
Octopus Carpaccio
Enter Chef Stephen Coe. As a sous chef under his predecessor, he has taken over the reigns with gusto. You can find him in the thick of things in Bokx109?s open kitchen. For a closer look, reserve the Chef?s table and Coe will cook right in front of you. Sounds fun, right? I was able to dine at the chefs counter last week, as Bokz109 set off to showcase their new fall menu.
Coe at the Chef?s counter
A few quick general notes about Bokx109 for those unfamiliar with the space. This American Prime restaurant and bar sits nestled into Hotel Indigo, just off 95 and walking distance from the end of the Riverside green line in Newton. The bar is always packed, filled with lively patrons and sometimes live music. The dining room is situated such that noise from the bar does not carry over, but instead provides a cozy atmosphere. Appropriate for a business dinner, first date or 15-year anniversary, the attentive wait staff offers high-quality service. Situated just off 95/128 in Newton, and walking distance from Riverside station on the green line, this ?destination? for city dwellers may just be worth the trip.
Our group was presented with a 12-course (!!!) menu with wine pairings. Here are my highlights.
Presentation: This dish was one of the most interesting and impressive presentations I?ve ever seen. A wine glass is served atop the sacchetti and is tipped back away from you to allow the dishes aromas to be released in a control manner towards your nose. For such a dramatic demonstration, these small bites of pasta lived up to the hype.
Pear & Mascarpone Sacchetti, stuffed with pear and Mascarpone, topped with a cream sauce, arugula, pickled red onion, and lemon
Classic: As much as I love oysters in-the-raw, I also enjoyed them dressed up and this appetizer is one I would order again in a heartbeat.? The chive really stood out in this dish, its herbal notes helping to break through some of the creaminess of the fondue.
Grilled Oysters topped with fennel pollen, tomatoes, panko bread crumbs, pancetta, and chive fondue
Comfort Food: As fall approaches, I?m craving soup more and more. This dish takes the idea of tomato soup and grilled cheese and morphs it into a beautiful dish fit for fine dining. Tomato bisque was just creamy enough without being too heavy, and the simple piece of fried mozzarella brings in that grilled cheese element we all know and love.
Tomato Heirloom Soup-Cambell style, tomato, garlic, onions, basil and finished with parmesan foam
Delicate: Large chunks of lobster were nicely cooked and served with house-made pasta, part of Coe?s program to make everything from scratch.
Lobster Cavatelli ? Lobster meat, shitake mushrooms, edamame, and finished with a chive cream sauce
Daring: I?ve had rabbit three times now and this has been my favorite preparation thus far. Wrapped in bacon, the rabbit stayed tender and moist while butter beans added a contrasting texture.
Decon Rabbit ? Bacon wrapped rabbit with stewed butter bean
Decadent: Braised veal cheeks was my favorite dish of the evening. Falling-apart tender, in a rich glaze that left me wanting more. The true essence of fall comfort, with all of the decadence.
Sous Vide Veal Cheeks with Tarragon Pappardelle and Parsnip puree
Wine:? The Hogue Reserve Cabernet is bottled only for Bokz109 in the state, and was an incredible pairing with both the veal cheeks as well as our dessert course.

Sweet: A stunning dessert plate was filled with small bites and a little bubbly. The highlight here for me was Chocollate Cyclone, which was as fun to eat as it was delicious with a rich chocolate mouse stuffed into a dark chocolate cone and topped with whipped cream and caramel cone.? The twist had sweet notes of an ice-cream cone, and like a fall version of a summer ice cream cone delight.
Blueberry & Prosecco Shooter, Strawberry & White Balsamic Jelly, Petite Tiramisu, Chocolate Cyclone
Fun: Chef brought is back to our childhood with this very fun, mini Popsicle topped with Pop Rocks!
Pop Rocks ? Frozen Lemon Souffl? with pop rocks
As Chef Coe expertly cooked and plated in front of us, we got a fabulous view of the lively kitchen behind him. I know some argue that they do not want to see their food being cooked, but enjoy open kitchens and watching the hustle and bustle, hard work and toil that goes into every plate of food that is served in from of you. Coe?s enthusiasm is contagious, and he?s one of the most approachable and easy-to-talk-to chefs I?ve met, and I wish him success at the helm of Bokx109.
These items are expected to be on Bokx109?s fall menu, not yet available but check their website for the new menu.
I was a guest of Bokx109; all opinions are my own.
What childhood item have you seen incorporated into a menu recently?

The College of the Holy Cross? Center for Interdisciplinary and Special Studies has selected Travis LaCouter ?13, a political science and Catholic studies major from Concord, N.H., as the 2012 Maurizio Vannicelli Washington Semester Away program award recipient. LaCouter will present a talk titled ?Inside the Mind of ?The Most Important Man In Washington:? Anthony Kennedy on Religion? on Thursday, Nov. 1 at 4 p.m. in Rehm Library.
During his time in the nation?s capital, LaCouter interned with the Center for Legal and Judicial Studies at the Heritage Foundation. There, he worked with an attorney on issues of civil justice and election law. As an employee at a major think-tank that considers important public policy issues, LaCouter helped to facilitate significant legal research and opinion, co-publishing several articles in several national news sources.
?I really appreciated the chance to work on issues that were timely and important,? LaCouter says. Reflecting on his experience in Washington D.C. and his receipt of the Vannicelli Prize, he says, ?Winning the prize was a huge honor. It was definitely humbling to be chosen.?
In his talk, LaCouter will explore the religious liberty jurisprudence of Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, and he will discuss the implications of Kennedy?s rulings on cases involving religion such as prayer in schools and public nativity displays. ?We often talk about the separation of church and state,? says LaCouter, ?but of course the bifurcation is not as clean or stark as we often think it to be.?
On campus, LaCouter is the chair of the Political Science Student Advisory Committee, serves as both a senior interviewer and student representative on the Curriculum Committee, and edits The Fenwick Review, the College?s ?independent journal of opinion.? He is currently conducting a thesis on issues similar to the ones he studied in D.C., and he appreciates the help of his advisor, Matthew Dinan, the Jack-Millar Veritas postdoctoral teaching fellow at the College, as well as Rev. William E. Reiser, S.J., professor of religion and his reader for the D.C. thesis.?
The Vannicelli Prize is awarded each semester in honor of the late Holy Cross political science professor and Washington Semester director, Maurizio Vannicelli, for best research paper produced in the Washington Semester Away program. The recipient of the prize is awarded the opportunity to give a public lecture at the College on his or her thesis. In addition, the recipient receives a bound copy of the thesis and is presented the book award during commencement exercises.

It was a long time coming?longer than the gap between the announcement of the iPad 3 and the iPad 4?but Electronic Arts has finally released another military shooter.
The game is called Medal of Honor Warfighter. It's EA's first military shooter since 2011's Battlefield 3 (we're not counting this past winter's sci-fi first-person shooter Syndicate).
They make a lot of these kinds of games. Before MOH:W and BF3, there was, of course, BBC and AO2.
Why, in the past five years, we got?
Army of Two
Battlefield Bad Company
Battlefield 1943
Battlefield Heroes
Army of Two: The 40th Day
Battlefield Bad Company 2
Medal of Honor
Battlefield Play4Free
Battlefield 3
Medal of Honor: Warfigher
That's 10 military shooters. Almost two a year! (Not counting map packs and expansions.
Some may say that military shooters are inherently bad. They're not.
Some might say this is all EA does. Not true! They also make Dead Spaces, FIFAs, SimCitys and a whole lot more.
But who would dare accuse them of neglecting the military FPS? No one.
Coming next year from EA: Battlefield 4, another Army of Two and *maybe* whatever the former creators of Medal of Honor and Call of Duty are cooking up next. Plus: Crysis 3, but we're not going to count that.
What about EA's rival, big bad Activision? We won't count their James Bond FPSes. We didn't count EA's either. (You know, we didn't count EA's sci-fi shooter Crysis games, either. Ditto: Bulletstorm since it was a space-pirate FPS.) From Activision, we wind up with just one Call of Duty game a year. That's five in five years. Add a few more if you want to count standalone portable games, but Activision still can't match EA's military shooter fervor.
Man, why is EA so into making games like these? Any ideas?

Urbanathlon New York 2008 (credit: Men?s Health)
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - If you?d like to test your fitness and especially your endurance, you might want to take part in the Men?s Health Urbanathlon coming up this Saturday, October 27, in Flushing Meadows, Queens.
Publisher Ronan Gardiner spoke with WCBS 880?s Pat Farnack about the event, which includes leaping over taxi cabs.
?I think jumping taxi cabs is everybody?s favorite part of the event. The Urbanathlon is basically a nine and a half mile endurance race incoroporating about ten obstacles as challenges within the race itself and one of those obstacles, of course, is jumping over the iconic yellow taxi cabs,? Gardiner told Farnack.
LISTEN: Farnack with Gardiner
There is also running up stairs.
?Two sets of stairs,? Gardiner said. ?We?re gonna have people run the bleachers in both Citi Field, home of the New York Mets, of course, as well as Arthur Ashe Stadium, home of the US Open,? he said. ?There are marine hurdles, which are five-feet-high hurdles, monkey bars, which are nothing like as easy as they used to be when we were kids. I can tell you that. We have a couple of city buses with cargo nets strung up on either side of them to clambor over.?
You can still sign up for the event online or at the REI story in the Puck Building on the corner of Houston Street and Lafayette Street in Manhattan.
What kind of obstacles would you like to see in a race like this? Sound off below.

Scientists are planning a new route for NASA's New Horizons space probe as it approaches a potentially perilous path toward Pluto. They aim to chart a safe, but interesting course.

Scientists are now designing alternate courses for the Pluto-bound?New Horizons spacecraft?that would steer it out of harm's way, while at the same time helping the probe explore its mysterious targets.
"We want people to understand just how interesting and how nail-biting New Horizons' mission might be," study lead author Alan Stern, principal investigator of the New Horizons mission at Southwest Research Institute in San Antonio, Texas. "This is part of the excitement of first-time exploration, of going to a new frontier."
New Horizons is the first probe ever designed to investigate worlds in the Kuiper Beltof icy bodies. After nearly seven years, the spacecraft is now more than 24 times farther away from the sun than Earth is, placing it past the orbit of Uranus. [Photos: Pluto and its 5 Moons]
New Horizons is currently about 1,000 days away and 730 million miles (1,180 million kilometers) from closest approach to?Pluto.
Since the spacecraft blasted off in 2006, the distant world has become an even more enticing goal, with a fifth moon discovered around it in July. The impacts that may have created this system of moons as well as collisions they have likely had with other bodies in the Kuiper Belt where the distant world resides also suggests debris might have collected into?rings around Pluto.
Although these finds reveal that Pluto is a trove of treasures worth exploring, "we're worried that?Pluto and its system of moons, the object of our scientific affection, may actually be a bit of a black widow," Stern said. "We've come to appreciate that those moons, as well as those not yet discovered, act as debris generators populating the Pluto system with shards from collisions between those moons and small Kuiper Belt objects."
Given how New Horizons is currently zooming away from the sun at more than 33,500 mph (54,000 kph), "a collision with a single pebble, or even a millimeter-sized grain, could cripple or destroy New Horizons," said New Horizons project scientist Hal Weaver at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. "We need to steer clear of any debris zones around Pluto."
To search for debris orbiting Pluto, the New Horizons team is now scanning it with ground and space telescopes and carrying out computer simulations of where this shrapnel might lie.
"We're not going to blindly send a billion-dollar-class mission into harm's way," Stern told SPACE.com. "We're going to rewrite what we know to achieve victory."
Although researchers have spotted no signs of debris zones around Pluto yet, computer models have not ruled out such gauntlets of rubble. "We have to take the conservative approach and assume the worst," Stern said.

Researchers at Ancestry.com have discovered some extremely surprising news: Justin Bieber is cousins with Ryan Gosling and Avril Lavigne! Not only that, but he?s also related to Celine Dion!
According to a family tree provided by Ancestry.com, Bieber and Gosling are 11th cousins once removed while Bieber and Lavigne are 12th cousins. They share common relatives Mathurin Roy and Marguerite Bire who were born in France in early 1600s and moved to Quebec, CANADA after getting married in 1637.
Genealogist Lesley Anderson says:
?Discoveries like this are rare, so the fact that some of Canada?s top entertainment industry stars are all related is especially fascinating. There?s something special about discovering a shared connection, and to be able to go so far back in history to do so is one of the most satisfying aspects of family history research.?

Take some time to research the different types to learn which category you fall under. Determine which types of bankruptcy are available to you and then figure out which one best suits your needs.
TIP! Some lawyers offer free phone services that you can refer your creditors to in regard to any delinquent accounts. Then, a creditor can just call the number to verify that the money owed them is involved with a bankruptcy settlement.
If you are considering filing for bankruptcy, you really need to assess the situation carefully first. Take stock of your debts, and make sure that they can be wiped out by declaring bankruptcy. Some debts, especially credit card purchases made in the 90 days before the filing that do not include essential purchases, may not be included in the bankruptcy. Check with your state?s bankruptcy laws to be sure.
TIP! It can be hard to declare bankruptcy if student loans are responsible for the bulk of your financial debt. Depending on what state you live in, student loans are probably the most difficult to get discharged.
Filing for bankruptcy isn?t something to be ashamed of. Bankruptcy filing can lead some people into depression. If you have soberly thought about this topic and feel that is the best choice, look at it as a step toward success.
TIP! As bankruptcy begins to appear more likely, it is likely that you will have already spoken with at least some of your existing creditors. If you reach any agreements with them, make sure to get written documents stating the details.
A lot of people find themselves needing to file bankruptcy when they are unable to pay their bills. If you are in this position, you need to be familiar with the laws in your area. Each state has its own laws regarding personal bankruptcy. In certain states if you file for bankruptcy your home remains protected, but the laws vary depending on where you reside. Be sure to have some familiarity with the law in your jurisdiction.
TIP! Go to a bankruptcy lawyer for advice, instead of filing on your own. Here are some of the things a qualified bankruptcy attorney can do for you: give you solid advice, simplify the complexity of the process, represent you in the courtroom.
If your earnings are higher than your expenses then filing for bankruptcy is a waste of time and money. Sure, bankruptcy can get rid of that debt, but it comes at the price of poor credit for 7-10 years.
TIP! Compile a list of the money your currently owe. You need this list to file for bankruptcy, so be certain you do not forget anything.

We've pretty much exhausted the high profile fall premieres for now, but there still presidential debates and baseball playoff action to be had. Also, while we have not moved so far in the future that we've reached the date Marty McFly went to in Back to the Future Part II (that's in 2015, perhaps by then people will stop reposting photoshopped images), we have reached the data Avatar is available at retail on Blu-ray 3D. Look below for the highlights this week, followed after the break by our weekly listing of what to look out for in TV, Blu-ray and videogames.
Avatar (3D)
It's taken a couple of years, but Avatar is finally widely available on Blu-ray 3D after being tied up as a Panasonic pack-in exclusive. The bad news? It's not the Extended Collector's Edition, so if you want 3D and extras your wait may continue. Otherwise, James Cameron's special effects should be enough to thrill the eyes of anyone that snagged a 3DTV in the last few years and is looking for a good demo disc.

MLB Playoffs
We have reached the league championship series and, assuming both series need some extra games, should be in for excellent baseball all week. The Yankees have lost Derek Jeter for the postseason, but are by no means done... unless their bats stay as cold as they've been. In the National League the Giants and the Cardinals are duking it out, we'll see if the 2-3-2 home field format plays into the outcome for either team, after the Giants took three on the road in the last round.
NBA Preseason
It's finally time for hoops again, and after some overseas exhibitions you can watch NBA teams work their way back into shape as they take each other on this week. If you're a basketball fan you probably love TNT's Thursday night broadcasts, and the first preseason one features the Celtics and the Nets at 8PM.

This week?s spotlight shines on Dini Rao, head Curator and VP of Merchandise at Lot18.com. Rao holds her MBA from the Harvard Business School and her Diploma from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust. She has worked as a sommelier and as a specialist for Christie?s, where she evaluated the world?s finest wines for auction, including bottles dating back to the 1700s. Dini Rao is a candidate for the Masters of Wine, a distinction held by fewer than three dozen people in the U.S. In the spotlight interview we find out more about?Lot18.com and just what makes this Master of Wine candidate tick. I present this week?s spotlight interviewee, Dini Rao.

Dini Rao, Lot18.com
South Florida Food and Wine: Many of us have heard about Lot18.com but might not fully understand the entire scope of the company past it being an online wine outlet, as an insider, tell us about Lot18.com.
Dini Rao: Well for starters, you can buy wine at Lot18 and have it delivered directly to your door.? What?s great is that we source directly from boutique wineries around the world to bring you better value and help you discover new wines you?wouldn?t?find anywhere else. The wines on our site are from wineries that usually don?t spend a lot of money on marketing so you only pay for the quality, and we make sure to taste all the bad wines out there so you don?t have to. We stand by every bottle with our quality guarantee. ??Many times I source wine from old friends that?I?ve?been personally buying wine from for years.
South Florida Food and Wine: Tell us about your position at Lot18.com as lead Curator and Chief Merchandise Officer
Dini Rao: I have the greatest job on earth because I spend a lot of time tasting wines and thinking about how I can make wine buying less terrifying to customers.? I?ve never understood how a product that brings so much pleasure when you consume it can cause so much anxiety when buying it.? The best part of my job is working with some of the most talented people in the business: my friend Janine Lettieri, former sommelier at Le Bernardin, and Kevin Boyer, who has his own Napa wine project, Boyanci and was the VP of Beverage at Ruth?s Chris. We each have our own styles and preferences, so customers can follow whichever of us has tastes that mirror their own. (As a side note, several of us are studying together for the Master of Wine exam, so things can get pretty intense around the office with our wine geekiness.)
South Florida Food and Wine: As a Master of Wine candidate, what is your most memorable wine moment to date?
Dini Rao: Undoubtedly the 1921 Dom Perignon, the first vintage ever made. It was a wine from Doris Duke?s collection, and as such, it was pristinely stored.? I was working at Christie?s auction house and at the time, just learning about how wines mature. I discovered not only that Champagne can age, but it can age for more than 80 years and still improve.? It was an absolutely sublime experience because the bottle still had some effervescence and smelled like fresh ocean air and buttery biscuits, two of my favorite things. I had one of those ah-ha moments where I realized the incredible nature of wine: I was tasting history. (This all happened soon after I got married, and when I got home that night I told my new husband I?d just had the best day of my life!? That didn?t go over too well.)
South Florida Food and Wine: What is the best wine advice you ever received?
Dini Rao: Aside from just enjoy it? Don?t drink your white wines too cold or you will miss the nuances.
South Florida Food and Wine: Your sense of taste and smell are crucial to your job, what if you lost your ?senses?? What would be, your Plan B?
Dini Rao: I would be so sad not to be able to smell freshly baked bread!? Well before I decided to become a sommelier at the age of 17, I?d dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur. I?d start a company that somehow makes people?s lives better, a little more fun every day.? Oh wait, I think I do that now?
South Florida Food and Wine: Who is the one person you would love to share a bottle of wine with?and why?
Dini Rao: None of my ancestors ever drank wine as my family is pretty religious, but my great-grandmother was quite the rebel of her time. She was the first woman in her Indian village to drive a car, she started a very successful line of beauty products still sold throughout India, and she had an incredible jewelry collection. I bet she?d have wild stories to tell once she had a glass or two!
South Florida Food and Wine: It?s your last day on earth, what would your final quaff and meal be?
Dini Rao: ?Roast chicken with morel mushrooms and a bottle of truly great red Burgundy like the 1929 La T?che will do. And I?d finish with some sherry and Marcona almonds.? Not many people drink sherry, which is such a shame. But hey, that means more for me.

Jon Gruden is returning to the scene of his greatest victory Monday, San Diego's Qualcomm Stadium.
Gruden, 49, directed the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a 48-21 triumph in Super Bowl XXXVII over his former team, the Oakland Raiders, in 2003 in San Diego.
Now in his fourth season as ESPN's "Monday Night Football" analyst, Gruden will call the AFC West battle between the division-leading Chargers and the Peyton Manning-led Denver Broncos.
Gruden spoke to The Times about the game, the teams, the league and more.
How significant is Monday's game, with the Chargers at 3-2 and Denver at 2-3?
"It's still early, of course, but it's important because it's an AFC West game and both of these teams will jockey for position to win this through the end of the season. This could determine who finishes where."
What are your thoughts on the teams, the Broncos first?
"Denver has had five tough games already, and Peyton Manning is looking like he's getting his offensive system in place. His teammates are looking more comfortable and the team appears much improved. And I'm sure, with leaders like Coach John Fox and defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio, that defense will only get better. They had a tough slate early, but that's a good thing. It means you've already measured yourself against Pittsburgh, New England, Atlanta and Houston. You know, 'We can beat anybody.' It's confidence to draw upon down the stretch, no doubt."
The Chargers?
"San Diego had some tough calls go against it in New Orleans last week. Let's see how mentally tough they are to come back from losing that lead late."
The way they lost that game, letting the Saints go all the way downfield after a Chargers interception-for-touchdown was denied by a roughing-the-passer penalty, and blowing the 10-point lead late, to me that's another indicator Coach Norv Turner doesn't instill the killer instinct in his team. Your thoughts?
"I don't think you can point fingers at Norv Turner over that. He wasn't out on the field. He didn't take any snaps. It's a mentality over there that the players need to deal with. That has to change. It's like putting the closer out there in baseball. You've got to close the game. Your pass rush has to rush the passer. This is a team that still has to show it can be great in prime time. This is a great opportunity to do that."
I've always thought your name should be near the top of the list if the Chargers get rid of Turner.
"I don't want to start rumors. I love the day-to-day operation with ESPN, I'm just trying to stay employed doing this. . . . I love broadcasting football and I love coaching. But I'm not worrying about who's doing what. Being out of coaching, you miss the game, you miss the players terribly. There are days you're an emotional wreck. But I'm very fortunate to be with the people I'm with, and I love the magnet of 'Monday Night Football.' You deal with the best players and coaches. It's a playoff atmosphere every week. How can you not love it?"
Thus far, Peyton Manning has beaten teams with losing records and lost to winners. How does he look to you?
"When you sit out of football for a year and then start over with a whole new cast of coaches and players, there's going to be some growing pains. But I think from the second half of the Houston game on, his rhythm and timing . . . everything looks crisper. He's getting back in the groove again. Wide receiver Demaryius Thomas has exploded. Receiver Eric Decker is solid. That offense is getting its tempo. They just need to start faster now. Peyton is arguably the best quarterback ever. I'm not going to compare him to the prime of his career right now, but he's pretty darn close. Some of these throws I've seen him make . . . there's still a lot of magic left in his wand."
Your expertise with quarterbacks requires a couple specific questions. First, why is Green Bay's Aaron Rodgers struggling?
"They're a controversial Hail Mary and an emotionally crazy victory by Indianapolis away from still having the record of the elite teams. He had such an amazing MVP season last year, that may never be duplicated. But his line is allowing pressure, wide receiver Greg Jennings is hurt, people are out to get him, and they've had a difficult schedule."
Does the injury to Washington quarterback Robert Griffin III show there really can't be a running quarterback in this league?
"He's a great athlete with a habit of being the best athlete on the field, which he sometimes still is. The way the Redskins run their offense, they're asking him to run the ball. But you have to think first down, not touchdown now. You have to protect the top of the head and your throwing shoulder. These hits take a toll. He's learning from that, and he'll also learn the importance of throwing the ball away when the play's not there."
Your former teams, the Raiders and Buccaneers, are struggling badly. What's wrong?
"I don't study them as carefully as I used to. The Raiders have had so much change. They traded away first-round draft picks. They continue to change coaches and players. It'll take time to win when you do that. The Buccaneers have lost 13 of 14 [before Sunday]. They've got to get things turned around now, that's for sure."
Who's the best team in the league?
"I really like the Houston Texans because I just saw them with my own two eyes. They have incredible balance. They can run and throw on offense, and Wade Phillips is doing a great job with that defense. I say that while knowing the Atlanta Falcons, with Mike Nolan now leading the defense and playing in that domed stadium, are very good too."

APThe Vikings proved they were mortal, Robert Griffin III proved he had no complications from last week?s concussion, and the Redskins proved they could win at home.
An early interception was nearly the only mistake Griffin made, leading the Redskins to a 38-26 win over the Vikings, snapping an eight-game home losing streak that dated back to September 2011 and pushing them to 3-3.
Griffin finished the game in style, turning a four-minute offense scramble into a 76-yard touchdown, capping a brilliant final three quarters.
He finished the game with 13 carries for 138 yards and two touchdowns, with another 182 passing yards and a score.
For the Vikings (4-2), the problem was clear. Their first four trips to the red zone yielded four Blair Walsh field goals, and their defense had no answers for Griffin once the first quarter ended.
There was a moment when Vikings quarterback Christian Ponder looked nothing like the efficient guy who didn?t throw a single pick in the first four games. He now has four in the last two games, including one Sunday returned for a touchdown by Madieu Williams, and one in the last minute which didn?t matter all that much.
But after the pick-six, he responded with a pair of touchdown drives, giving the Vikings a shot after they trailed by 19.
Percy Harvin was brilliant (11 catches for 133 yards) and Adrian Peterson was good (17 carries for 79 yards).
But in the end, Griffin was back, and he was the difference.

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - The retired space shuttle Endeavour was greeted with a festival-like atmosphere in the Los Angeles suburb of Inglewood on Saturday, where it has paused from its snail-like crawl through narrow city streets towards its new home at a local museum.
Endeavour nosed out of Los Angeles International Airport before dawn on Friday to begin a two-day, 12-mile (19-km) journey atop a massive wheeled transporter to the California Science Center on the edge of downtown.
The shuttle, which flew from 1992 to 2011, will become a tourist attraction at the center. Endeavour was largely built in Southern California and was a workhorse of the U.S. space program, flying 25 missions.
Thousands of area residents, many of whom walked a mile or more to get to where the shuttle was parked outside an arena on Saturday morning, celebrated the icon's visit to their neighborhood with food trucks and music.
Two brothers from the area, German and Joseph Raudales, watched the shuttle with smiles on their faces.
"I'm excited, I want to be an astronaut when I grow up," said 10-year-old Joseph Raudales.
The shuttle is 122 feet long and 78 feet wide and stands 5 stories tall at the tail - which police said makes it the largest object ever to move through Los Angeles. Its combined weight with the transporter is 80 tons.
Organizers say only a few inches separate Endeavour's wings from structures along the route, and workers have felled 400 trees along curbs to clear a path. The science center will plant more than 1,000 trees to make up for their loss.
Some street lights, traffic signals, power poles and parking meters also have been temporarily removed.
OTHER SHUTTLES FIND HOMES
The project to move Endeavour will cost over $10 million, said Shell Amega, a spokeswoman for the science center. Charitable foundations and corporations have donated money and services for the move.
The center beat out a number of other institutions when the U.S. space agency NASA chose it last year as the permanent home for Endeavour, which was taken out of service because of the end of the shuttle program.
Endeavour has hop-scotched across the country from Cape Canaveral, Florida, on the back of a modified Boeing 747. It had been parked at the airport in Los Angeles since arriving on September 21 after a ceremonial piggyback flight around California.
Endeavour was built to replace Challenger, using spare parts from two prior shuttles, according to Ken Phillips, aerospace curator at the science center. Challenger was lost in a 1986 accident that killed seven astronauts.
The shuttle will be displayed in a temporary hangar-style metal structure to protect it from the elements. In 2017, a 200-foot-tall (61-meter) structure will open in which Endeavour will stand vertically, Phillips said.
The other remaining shuttles also have found homes.
The Smithsonian in Washington has Discovery at its Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center museum in Virginia. New York City has the prototype shuttle Enterprise at its Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum. And the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral has Atlantis, which the center will move to an on-site visitors complex next month.

LONDON - Five Royal Marines have been charged with murder over a death in Afghanistan last year, Britain's Ministry of Defence said Sunday. They are the first British troops to be charged with murder in the country since deployments began in 2001.
The five are among nine marines arrested ? seven on Thursday and two in the last 48 hours. Four have been released without charge.
Officials have said the incident involved an "engagement with an insurgent" in Helmand province, where the majority of Britain's 9,500 troops in Afghanistan are deployed. They say no civilians were involved.
The BBC and other outlets reported that the arrests stemmed from video footage found on the laptop of a British serviceman who had been arrested in Britain on an unrelated charge.
The Ministry of Defence said the cases had been referred to the Service Prosecuting Authority, which oversees military trials. The ministry said the suspects, who have not been named, were in custody.
Even though the incident does not involve a civilian, the case could cause a backlash from Afghans and further erode efforts to provide political stability to Afghanistan.
The brigade believed to be involved in the incident, 3 Commando, was in the thick of the fighting with Taliban insurgents during its deployment last year to Helmand, which lies in Afghanistan's south. Seven members of the brigade were killed during the tour of duty between April and October 2011.
British troops operate under rules of engagement, largely derived from the Geneva Convention, that dictate under what circumstances they are allowed to open fire.
"Everybody serving in theatre knows the rules of engagement," Defence Secretary Philip Hammond said Sunday, vowing that "any abuse will be dealt with."
Experts say the military has been strict about enforcing the rules after a disastrous period in Iraq, where there were multiple allegations of torture and abuse by British troops.
The most notorious case involved a hotel receptionist, Baha Mousa, who died while in custody at a British base after being detained in a raid in Basra in September 2003. Britain's defence authorities later apologized for the mistreatment of Mousa and nine other Iraqis and paid a $4.8 million (3 million pound) settlement. Six soldiers were cleared of wrongdoing at a court martial, while another pleaded guilty and served a year in jail.
